Custom Training Plans

Our tailored training plans are designed around your fitness level, schedule, and ambitions — whether that’s riding your local trail confidently, enjoying EVERY group ride, finishing your first race or taking on the Cape Epic. We’re all about:

Bike Fit & Pedal Stroke Analysis
Comfort and efficiency start with your setup. A proper fit isn’t about formulas or lasers — it’s about you, your body, your bike, the type of events you do and your riding style.
We use 35 years of experience, as well as proven tools like the Rotational Adjustment Device (RAD) to align your cleat and foot position, reducing the risk of injury and improving power output. Combined with foot stroke analysis (“old school” CompuTrainer), we can fine-tune your pedal stroke for smoother, more efficient riding.
A good fit is one of the best investments you can make in your cycling. If you haven’t had it done yet — this should be your first stop.
A perfect bike set up means nothing, if you’re not pedalling optimally. Combining a bike fit and mastering the “pedal stroke” will ensure the joy of cycling and avoiding over-use injuries and simply climbing more efficiently.
Skills Coaching
Confidence on the bike doesn’t just come from fitness — it comes from skills you can trust. Our one-on-one and group sessions are tailored to your level, whether you’re learning the basics or sharpening advanced MTB skills.
Over the last 30 years we’ve developed the Cornerstone MTB Skills System, helping riders build a solid foundation so that more advanced techniques flow naturally, more confidently and safely.
From cornering and braking to technical climbs and descents, you’ll gain the confidence to ride faster, safer, and with more enjoyment – making switch-backs a breeze and climbing with ease.
Training Camps
Sometimes the best way to prepare is to live the experience. Our training camps immerse you in the demands of stage racing with expert support at your side.
We simulate real conditions — from pacing and tactics to nutrition and recovery — so that by race day, nothing feels unfamiliar.
