This training plan starts out with slightly lower weekly hours (8-11hr/week) and will consist of 6 weeks of training.  There will be 3 Modules in total that will follow on each other and gradually progress.  But Modules can also be ordered individually according to specific needs.

Description

This training plan is aimed at riders wanting to maintain their fitness level throughout the ‘off-season’, before embarking on more focused training in the last 4 – 6 months before an event.

  • Level of fitness required:  Should easily be able to manage +-8hrs/week of varying intensities
  • Equipment required:  This plan is adjustable for both outdoor and indoor riding with HR and/or watts
  • Suggested for months:  June to August (11 – 7 months before your next big stage race)
  • Planned sessions/week:  4 – 5
  • Planned hours/week:  8 – 11hrs
  • Duration of training plan:  6 weeks
