Terms and Conditions

1.  Details of each camp will be posted 1 1/2 weeks prior to date of camp/clinic and will be communicated to riders once signed-up and paid
2.  In the case of cancellation due to bad weather, all fees will be carried over to another event

3.  In the event of a training ride/skills training being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, fees will be repaid

4.  Strictly no refunds

5.  Your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment

6. You will only receive communications after payment is received

7.  You will be required to sign an indemnity form - parents/guardians will be required to sign for kids under 18 years of age

Terms and Conditions for first Ascent lucky draw prizes:

To be eligible to win a First Ascent Lucky draw:

  1. There must be 5 or more participants at each training camp
  2. You must be paid up for the training camp
  3. For each day you attend a multi-day training camp you will receive that many draw tickets (ie. if you sign up for 3 days you receive 3 draw tickets, if you sign up for 2 days, you get 2 draw tickets etc. - the more days you attend, the bigger the chance is you could win)
  4. Should a garment be the wrong size we will happily swap the size for you, but will not be able to swap the product
