EPIC BOOTCAMP: 20 - 22 JANUARY 2012

Wow, what a weekend! Almost 14 hours in the saddle, under excruciating heat. Why? All to be better prepared for this years Cape Epic!

Friday we had a ‘warm-up’ ride (pardon the pun) on the Prologue route in Durbanville.
Saturday was in Robertson on all new territory with some nice rolling hills.
Sunday we kept the best for last and included the infamous Charlie’s Heaven climb.
